M. J. Tea

M. J. Tea is located over in Swapnil Apartment on Sarva Dharma Road. We are in B Sector of Kolar Road. It’s a bit different running a tea business from an apartment area, but it works for us. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays pretty quiet except for the usual traffic on Kolar Road. We use the space to manage our orders and keep track of everything. We aren't a big shop with a storefront where you can sit down. It’s more of a home-base for our operations. I started this because I’ve always been around tea, and Kolar Road seemed like a good place to set up. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking the stock we have stored. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the samples laying around, but we make it work. My neighbors are used to seeing the delivery bikes coming in and out by now. We don't have any big slogans or goals to take over the world. We just want to provide decent tea to the people who ask for it. It’s a small, family-run kind of thing. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple orders come in at once, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s just us, working out of the apartment and doing our best.
