Laziz Hakeem Hotel

Our place, Laziz Hakeem Hotel, is right in the middle of M P Nagar in Bhopal. The address is 187/A, and we have been in Zone 1 for quite a long time. It stays very busy here because of all the offices nearby. Every morning, the staff shows up to start the prep work. We chop vegetables and get the meat ready while the city is still waking up. MP Nagar gets crowded around lunch, and the street outside gets packed with cars and bikes. We have a few tables inside where people can sit. It is not a big fancy hotel room, just a dining space that serves food to whoever walks in. Sometimes the fans don't feel like they are doing enough in the Bhopal heat, but we keep them running. We see a lot of the same faces every day, mostly office workers from around Zone 1. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it stays noisy until we close the shutters at night. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People just know we are here at 187/A. We focus on getting the cooking right and making sure the plates are clean. Sometimes we are short-staffed, and things take a bit longer, but everyone seems to understand. We just keep moving and serving what we have. It is hard work, but this is what we do.
