Kpm Agro Mills Private Limited is located at 15A Adarsh Housing Society in Gautam Nagar, Bhopal. It is a quiet enough area for an office, though the mill side of things is where the real action is. We are just folks who know how to run a mill. The office in the housing society is where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s a bit of a mix between a residential feel and a professional one. We find that this helps us stay connected to the people we serve. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes down, just like in any other place. We don't get hung up on the small stuff. Our focus is on the grain and making sure the milling process is done right every single time. It is repetitive work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the final product packed and ready to go. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, so we all know how each other works. We don't need a lot of rules or meetings. We just know what needs to be done when the sun comes up. Bhopal is a good place for a business like ours, and Gautam Nagar feels like home for us.
