Our place is out in Mandideep, at Sector-A of the industrial area. It’s a bit of a trek from Bhopal, but this is where the work is. Inspros Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been here at number 126 for quite some time. The office and the factory floor are basically the same world to us. We deal with a lot of calls and faxes still—the fax machine is over in the corner and still gets some use. The phone numbers 401003 and 403633 have been on our business cards forever. It’s dusty out here in the Distt. Raisen area, but that’s just how industrial zones are. We don't have a fancy marketing team. We just respond to the emails that come into the sales inbox and try to keep the production moving. Some days the heat in the shed is a lot, but we have our fans and we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, we just want to make sure the parts we send out are what people asked for. You’ll find us here most days, wearing our regular clothes and working through the orders. It’s a practical setup. We value the relationships we have with the other businesses around Mandideep. We all face the same challenges with logistics and power, so we help each other out when we can. That’s just life at Inspros every single day.
