Naval Power Control System

We work out of F-2/46 Vinayak Homes, which is located in the Ashoka Garden area. Our office is on the second floor, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a bit of a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and other small businesses nearby. At Naval Power Control System, we deal with a lot of electrical and control stuff, so there are usually parts and tools lying around on the benches. It’s not the tidiest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time looking at circuits or talking to people about their power issues. It’s technical work and it can be a bit tiring, but we’ve been doing it for a long time. The team here is small and we all grew up around this area, so we know the local streets pretty well. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. Most of our days are spent fixing things or planning out new systems for people who live nearby. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic outside is heavy, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything works the way it’s supposed to before we head home for the evening.
