Innovious Engineering

Innovious Engineering is situated at 117/Q/1A in the Radha Krishna Housing Society. We are tucked away in Indrapuri, which is part of the Sharada Nagar area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s actually quite quiet compared to the main roads. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms with computers and some drafting tables. It’s where the thinking and planning happens for the engineering jobs we take on. It doesn't look like those fancy tech offices you see on TV with bean bags and games. We just have sturdy chairs and enough light to see what we are drawing. Most of the time it’s just the sound of typing or someone humming while they work on a calculation. We spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure everything fits together before we send it off to be built. Living and working in a housing society means we know our neighbors and we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes we walk over to the local market to get some snacks or just to stretch our legs. It’s a humble way to run an engineering firm, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does reliable work and keeps our clients coming back when they have a new idea to develop. It is a slow and steady process most days.
