Hitech Computer Services

We are over at A 65 in Sarv Dharma, Kolar. If you live around here, you know how the traffic can get on the main road. Our shop, Hitech Computer Services, is a small place where we handle a lot of different tech issues. People bring us their laptops when they won't turn on or when the screen is cracked. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the wires and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We didn't want a big corporate office in some mall, so we stayed here in the neighborhood. It’s easier for people to just drop their stuff off on their way home. The shop isn't very big, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels pretty full. We spend a lot of time looking at motherboards and trying to find why things aren't working. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the city, which can be a bit annoying for customers, but we try to be upfront about it. The weather in Kolar can get really hot, so the AC in the shop is always working hard. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Most of our regulars are just people from the nearby blocks who don't want to deal with the big service centers downtown. We just try to get the repairs done and keep the computers running.
