Mechserve Engineering

We are over at 235 Ibrahimganj on Hamidia Road. You’ll find us right in front of Punjab Boot House. Like I said, we are right in front of Punjab Boot House, so it's easy to spot us in this busy stretch. Mechserve Engineering is basically a workshop where we deal with mechanical parts and repairs. There is always a bit of grease and oil around. It’s the kind of place where things get fixed. We have some heavy tools and benches that have seen a lot of use. The traffic outside never seems to stop, and the horn honking is just background noise to us now. We spend the day taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s not a clean-shirt kind of job. We are usually in our work clothes, busy with some piece of machinery. Sometimes we stand out front to catch a bit of air. We don't have a lot of space for a showroom, so the workshop is everything. It’s just a few of us who know our way around engines and parts. We keep it simple and just do the work that comes in. Every day is about solving some mechanical puzzle. It's what we've always done here in Ibrahimganj. We just keep our heads down and get the machines running like they should. It's good work that keeps us busy all through the week.
