Club Mangalam World Holidays & Resortsprivate Limited is up on the first floor of an office building in MP Nagar, Bhopal. Specifically, we are in units 306 and 307. MP Nagar is the commercial heart of the city. It’s loud, there are students everywhere, and the tea stalls are always full. We work from these two rooms, handling holiday bookings and resort stays. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. We aren't a big travel agency with a storefront. We are more of a back-office operation. We started this because we like the travel business, but it’s mostly just hard work and keeping files organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we have to walk up the stairs several times a day. It keeps us moving. We don't have any fancy promises to make. We just look for spots that people might like and try to get the prices to work out. Most of our staff grew up right here in Bhopal. We know the city and the surrounding areas well. We spend our lunch breaks at the local shops nearby. It’s a normal office life. We deal with the paperwork, talk to the resorts, and try to keep everything straight. It’s not glamorous, but it is our business and we stay busy with it.
