You can find the Centre For Research And Industrial Staff Performance right opposite Manas Bhawan on Shyamla Hills. It’s actually a nice part of town to work in. Being up on the hills means we get a bit more of a breeze than the lower areas, which is a relief. The building itself is straightforward. We’ve been operating out of here for quite a while now. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty quiet and focused. It doesn’t feel like a high-pressure corporate office. It’s more relaxed, almost like a school or a library in some ways. We have different rooms for different things, and most of the staff have been here long enough to know the quirks of the building, like which windows stick or where the light switches are hidden. Shyamla Hills is a decent location, and being across from Manas Bhawan makes it easy to give people directions. We don’t really do much to make the place look flashy. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and the usual office supplies. It’s a functional space. People come here to get things done, and we try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. It's just a regular workplace with a good view of the neighborhood if you stand by the right window. Sometimes you can see the cars lined up on the road below while it's quiet up here.
