We are out here in the BGR Industrial Park, specifically at Plot No 19. If you are coming down Nemawar Road, you just look for the Mata Renuka Temple. We are right opposite that. Being in Malkhedi means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, which actually helps when we are processing our food specialties. The air is a bit dustier here because of all the factories, but it feels like a place where real work happens. Brown Valley Food Specialities Llp has been running from this spot for some time now. We start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to beat the heat inside the unit. The trucks come and go all day, and sometimes the road gets blocked by a delivery van. Our team is small, just a handful of local guys who know their way around the machinery. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there near the crates. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and checking the quality of what we produce. The temple across the street is nice to look at when we take our lunch break outside. We try to keep the place clean, but it’s an industrial park, so there’s always something to sweep up. It’s just us, working hard and making sure everything is handled right before it goes out.
