Our shop is situated at H-115 in the K-Sector Main Market. It is a busy little corner where people from the neighborhood come to get their daily essentials. We have been here for a long time, and the shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of goods. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than three people come in at once, but we make it work. We sell mostly household items, stuff for the kitchen, and some general supplies that people need in a hurry. The market is always loud with people talking and cars honking, but we are used to it by now. My brother and I take turns behind the counter. We do not have a fancy computerized system; we just write things down in a notebook and remember where most things are. Sometimes we run out of stock of a particular item, and we have to tell people to come back the next day after the delivery truck arrives. It is a simple life, talking to the neighbors and helping them find what they need. The lights in the market are bright at night, and that is usually when we are the busiest. We just keep the shelves stocked and try to be helpful when someone is looking for something specific. It is just a local shop doing its part in the market and keeping the community going.
