Anadidev Ricemills Private Limited is situated on Ujjain Road in Maksi. We operate out of Survey No. 1909/6/2. If you are looking for us, we are associated with Mahendra Dinesh Chandra's place. Running a rice mill involves a lot of noise and a lot of dust, but that’s the nature of the job. Our office is right there on the site, so we are always close to the machinery. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the paddy that comes in. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. The smell of raw rice is something you never quite get out of your clothes. We don't use any slick language to describe what we do. We just buy rice, mill it, and sell it. Some years the rain is good and business is easy, other years it’s a struggle. We’ve seen it all. Our team is small and we’ve mostly grown up around these parts. We don't have a lot of hierarchy; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes the trucks get stuck on the road or a belt breaks in the mill, and we all have to go out and fix it. That’s just part of the day. We are proud to be in Maksi. It’s a solid place with hard-working people, and we fit right in with that. We just want to keep the mill running and keep everything simple and honest for everyone.
