AARTECH SOLONICS LTD is located at Plot No. 35 A136 in Sector - B of the Mandideep Industrial Area. Mandideep is quite a distance from the main city, so most of us are used to the commute every morning. It’s a huge industrial zone and our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We work on specialized electrical and power stuff that goes into bigger systems. The workshop is usually a bit cluttered with ongoing projects and metal parts. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit; we’re mostly in work clothes because things can get a bit greasy or dusty. The weather out here in Mandideep can be pretty intense, really hot in the summer, but we have some fans going and we just get on with it. We have a decent team of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall; we just know what needs to be done each week and we do it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order, but that’s just how the business goes. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the focus is purely on the technical side of the electrical work we do. We like the routine of the industrial area.
