Aaditya Event

We are located in T1 at Ashoka Estate, which is part of Phase 2 on Raisen Road in Bhopal. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites checking on how things are coming along. Raisen Road is always busy with trucks and people moving back and forth, so there is always a lot of noise. We handle different kinds of gatherings, usually just trying to make sure the lights work and the stage doesn't wobble. It is a lot of logistics that people don't really see. My brother and I started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. We aren't a big firm with suits; we usually show up in jeans and t-shirts ready to work. The office in Ashoka Estate is where we keep the files and meet some clients, but we’re rarely there for long. There’s always something that needs fixing or someone who changed their mind about the flower colors at the last minute. Bhopal is a big city but the event circle feels small. We know most of the vendors around here. It gets tiring when we have to work through the night to finish a setup, but that's just the nature of the business. We just try to keep things moving and not overcomplicate the small stuff.
