We are Alderflies Softmek Private Limited. Our office is located at Dharm Shanti Niwas, which is House No-49 in Ward No-45 of Bhojpur. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. You can find us easily if you're in the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate logo on the front, just a small nameplate. The rooms are filled with wires and monitors. We started this because we wanted to work on software without having to commute to a big city. Bhojpur is home for us. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the software actually does what it's supposed to. It can be frustrating when things break, but that's just the job. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and a small area for breaks. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who are great at logic and others who just like solving puzzles. We often work late into the evening when it’s quieter outside. The neighbors are used to seeing the lights on at odd hours. We don't really do big meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very direct way of working. Being at Dharm Shanti Niwas gives us a sense of stability. We are just a local business trying to make our way in the tech world. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't pretend to have all the answers right away. When we hit a wall, we just step outside for some air.
