Shagun Engineers

Our main office for Shagun Engineers is at 1010/33 in Rajendra Colony, right off Bhiwani Road. It’s a basic setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We spend most of our time out on sites, but this is where all the planning happens. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and tools lying around. We’ve been in Rajendra Colony for a few years now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We aren't the type to use marketing buzzwords. We just talk about the work. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If a plan needs changing, we change it. That’s how we’ve always operated at Shagun Engineers. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to write glossy brochures. It’s just us. Some mornings start very early, especially when we have to travel out from Bhiwani Road to a distant site. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. It’s a tough business sometimes, and things don't always go according to plan. But we stick with it. We’ve built a decent reputation around here just by being honest about what we can do. We don't promise things we can't deliver. It’s just a practical way of doing things that has kept us going all this time. We’re glad to be a part of the local community here in this part of town. It feels right.
