Saini Sweets And Food Catters is located over at Hanuman Dhani, which is right near Vivekanand School. Most people in the neighborhood know where that is, so we don't usually have to give long directions. We do a lot of catering work and we make various sweets right here on the premises. The kitchen is always going, and there is usually a lot of steam and noise coming from the back. Being near the school means it gets quite busy in the mornings and afternoons when parents are dropping off or picking up their kids. We just stick to our routine of preparing food and keeping things clean. It’s a lot of work, especially when we have a big order for a party or a local event. We don't have a fancy dining room; it’s more of a practical space for cooking and serving. The building is a bit older, but it serves our needs just fine. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we know most of the families around Hanuman Dhani. Our days start early because the sweets take time to get right. By the time the sun is up, we are already busy with the pots and pans. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local spot for food and catering help. We just do what we do and try to stay organized.
