We spend our time managing the day-to-day things that keep our business going. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of attention, but it’s important to the people we serve in the ward. We don’t use any complicated business strategies or mission statements. We just try to be fair and do things the right way. Living and working in Narnaul means we know our neighbors and they know us. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out, but that’s part of the charm of working in an older area like Purani Sarai. We don’t have any fancy corporate culture; we just work hard and head home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a real and honest way to spend our time. We really like being a part of this neighborhood.
