Micron

Micron is right here on Sunhera Road. We have our office and the workshop in the same spot, which makes it easier to keep track of things. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with the noise from the back, but that is just how it is when you’re actually making stuff. We don't have a big front desk or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us just finishing up a task or looking over some papers. It’s been our home for a good while now. We know the neighbors and the way the traffic flows around here during the morning rush. Most people find us because they need something specific and heard we were the ones to ask. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for a website. Our focus is mostly on the floor where the real work happens. It’s a practical setup. When someone calls, they usually talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We try to keep it simple. Sunhera Road has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes in through the door. If there’s a problem, we fix it ourselves. No fancy meetings or long emails. Just honest work in a place we know well. That’s how we like to run things at Micron. It’s worked for us so far and we don't see any reason to change it up now. It’s just us.
