Lotus Enterprises

Lotus Enterprises is situated at Gala Number 12 in the Bhoir Estate. We are in Valgaon Village, right near Anjur Phata. The estate is full of these warehouse units. Our gala is just like the others, with a big rolling metal door and high ceilings. It gets quite dusty here because of all the trucks moving in and out of the estate. We spend a lot of our time loading and unloading things. It’s physical work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork, but mostly we are on our feet. The air in the estate can get quite hot in the summer, and the metal roof doesn't help much. We have a few big pedestal fans that we move around to stay cool. There is a small tea stall at the entrance of Bhoir Estate where we go for breaks. The people in the other galas are mostly friendly. We help each other out if someone needs a hand with a heavy load. It is not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. Anjur Phata is always congested with traffic, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s a simple operation we run here. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out on time for everyone.
