You can find Gayatri Fertiplants International Pvt. Ltd. out in the Riico Industrial Area. Our specific spot is G-1, 269-270 in Khushkhera, Phase-Iii. We are in Sector-7, which is part of the Bhiwadi area in Rajasthan. It’s a pretty industrial landscape around here with lots of factories and dust. The sun hits the buildings pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning before it gets too hot to think. We work with fertiplants, which means there is always a lot of equipment to maintain and check on. It’s not the kind of work you do in a clean suit. We get our hands dirty every single day. The industrial area is quite large, so it took us a while to get settled in when we first moved here. Now, we know all the shortcuts and where to get the best lunch nearby. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building; we are just a group of people working in a shed and office space in Rajasthan. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on the plant parts. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. The work is steady and the days are long, but that is how it goes in this industry. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving. Some days the dust is worse than others, but we just deal with it.
