CNC MACHINING TECHNOLOGY

Our shop, CNC MACHINING TECHNOLOGY, is based at G1-696 in the Riico Industrial Area in Bhiwadi. If you’ve ever been to this part of Alwar, you know it’s all about the factories. We have a couple of machines that run most of the day. The sound is a constant hum, which I’ve grown to like over the years. We do a lot of precision work, so you have to pay attention to the measurements. It’s not the kind of job you can do while thinking about something else. The floor is painted gray, but it’s got plenty of scratches from moving the heavy metal blocks around. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to program the machines and keep them from overheating. The Rajasthan sun makes the shed pretty hot, so we drink a lot of water and try to get the heavy work done early. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. People hear about us from other shops in the Riico area when they have a job that’s too tricky for them. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We just focus on the pieces we are cutting and make sure they match the drawings we were given. Sometimes we stay late when a machine needs fixing or an order is due.
