SCL CONTRACTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re based in Ground Floor Unit No. 13 of the building behind the Saurashtra Industrial Co-operative. Being in an industrial area means it’s never quiet around here. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background, which suits us just fine because we’re always working on one contract or another. Our unit is pretty simple—just a room where we keep our records and meet with people to talk about upcoming jobs. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a map of the local area. The ground floor is handy for moving things in and out, which we do a lot. We aren't the type of company that has big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, we just sit around a table with some tea and work out the details of a project on a scrap piece of paper. It’s a gritty environment, but it’s where we feel most comfortable. We know the other businesses in the co-operative, and there’s a bit of a community feel among all of us who are working in these units. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just take on contracts, get the men and materials together, and try to finish the job without too many headaches. It’s practical, everyday work for us, and that’s just the way we like it.
