We operate out of Siyar, specifically Jato Ka Mohalla in Bhilwara. If you’re looking for us, we’re located at Vinod Jat’s place, he’s the son of Prabhu Lal Jat. This isn't your typical office setup. It’s a farmer producer company, which means we spend more time out in the fields or in the storage area than we do sitting behind a computer screen. The community here in Siyar is close-knit, and everyone knows everyone. We started this because we wanted to give the local farmers a better way to get their organic crops out to people. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to talk to everyone, figure out who is harvesting what, and when the transport is available. Sometimes the rain messes up our plans or a tractor breaks down, and we have to scramble to fix the schedule. It’s messy and loud and very real. We don't have a receptionist; usually, you just find whoever is around to help you. Our focus is on the soil and the harvest. We keep things very basic. There’s no need for fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit together, have some tea, and decide what needs to happen next for the season. It’s a way of life for us more than just a company. We’re proud to be part of the Bhilwara farming scene and we just keep pushing forward day by day.
