Sohani Pan Center

Sohani Pan Center is right here in Bijolion. We have been sitting at this spot for a long time now, just doing our thing day in and day out. It is not a big place or anything like that, just a regular shop where folks stop by when they are out and about. We open the shutters in the morning and stay until the evening lights come on. Mostly, we see people from around the neighborhood who we have known for years. Sometimes strangers stop by too if they are passing through Bijolion. We just try to keep the place tidy enough and make sure we have what people are looking for. It gets a bit dusty around here sometimes with the traffic, but that is just how it is. We don’t really have any big stories to tell. It is just work. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get a bit crowded. We talk to the neighbors and keep an eye on the street. It is a simple life running a pan center. We don't use fancy machines or anything. Everything is done by hand like it always has been. If you are ever walking through this part of town, you will probably see us sitting there. We just keep the routine going because that is what we know. There is not much else to it, really. Just a local business trying to stay busy and serve the people who live nearby. We hope to stay here for a good while longer.
