Shagun Food Court

Shagun Food Court is located at 8, P1-P2 in Rc Vyas Colony in Bhilwara. We are quite close to Gupta Hospital, so we get a lot of people coming in from there. It’s a local food court, nothing too complicated. We’ve got a few different things going on under one roof. The day usually starts with setting up the different counters and getting the supplies in. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and moving chairs. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us local folks running the place. The colony is a decent area, and we’ve become a bit of a landmark for people nearby. Sometimes it gets loud when the kids come in after school, or when the hospital shift changes. We just try to keep the floors clean and the food moving out of the kitchen. It’s not always a smooth operation; sometimes a machine breaks down or we’re short-staffed on a Tuesday. We just figure it out. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure people have a place to sit and eat something decent. It’s a practical business. We open early, close late, and do it all again the next day. That’s how it works for us at Shagun.
