Seven Oceans Impex

The office for Seven Oceans Impex is at 43 Rajendra Marg Road. It is an older building on a street that gets a lot of traffic during the rush hours. We are on the ground floor, so we see everyone passing by the window. The space inside is mostly filled with filing cabinets and large desks covered in shipping documents and customs forms. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly organized; there is usually a stack of folders somewhere waiting to be sorted. We have a small area near the entrance for packages that are waiting to be picked up or sent out. The walls are painted a neutral cream color that has faded a bit over time. We spend most of our hours on the phone or checking emails from people in different time zones, so someone is usually here quite early or staying late. The ceiling fan wobbles a little on its highest setting, but we don't mind it much. There is a small pantry in the back where we keep the kettle for making coffee. It’s a practical environment where the focus is just on getting the paperwork right and making sure the boxes go where they are supposed to. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a large shipment in, but we make it work. Some days the dust from the road outside gets in, but we just wipe the desks and keep going.
