Micro Magnet

Micro Magnet is located at C-132 in Subash Nagar. It’s tucked away in a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the shops in the main bazaar. We mostly deal with small electronic parts and bits of hardware that people need for their home projects or repairs. The shop is filled with little bins and drawers, each one holding something different like magnets, wires, or small motors. It can be hard to keep track of everything, but we’ve got our own system that works for us. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or local technicians who know exactly what they are looking for. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular door with a small sign. Sometimes people stop by just to ask how to fix something they have at home, and we try to give them a bit of advice if we can. The shop feels a bit cramped because we’ve gathered so much stock over the years, but it has a cozy feel to it. We usually open up a bit later in the morning and stay open until the streetlights come on. Working in Subash Nagar is nice because you get to know the families living nearby. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just take things as they come, helping people find the right part for their needs. It’s a simple, straightforward business and we like it that way.
