Our office is located at 5-0-1 in the R C Vyas Colony. It’s a decent area, and being at Madhya Bharat Agro Products Ltd. means we are constantly thinking about the land and what it needs. We aren't out in the fields every day, but everything we do here in the office is for the farmers and the agricultural side of things. R C Vyas Colony is a bit more relaxed than the industrial zones, which makes for a better working environment. We have a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with people who come in from out of town. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the tea we serve is usually too sweet, but that’s just how we like it. We aren't big on having a sterile, corporate office. We want people to feel like they can just walk in and talk to us. We handle a lot of agro products, which means our schedule follows the seasons more than the calendar. When it’s planting time, we are extremely busy, and when things are growing, we have a bit more time to breathe. It’s a natural rhythm that we’ve grown used to over the years. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the right products get to the right places at the right time. It’s simple, honest work that we’ve been doing for years. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving.
