Girdhari Lal Goverdhan Lal Dall Mill

Our business, Girdhari Lal Goverdhan Lal Dall Mill, is situated on Choti Sadri Road in the Baghana area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole name, but that’s how it’s been for as long as I can remember. The mill is right on the side of the road, and it’s a pretty simple setup. Baghana isn’t a huge place, so most people know where we are if they’ve lived here for a bit. The road can get very busy with tractors and trucks, especially when it’s time for the harvest. Inside the mill, it’s always loud and there’s a steady dust in the air from all the grain being processed. We don't have a fancy office or any corporate managers. It’s just us and the machines. The building is older, with some cracks in the walls and a roof that we have to patch every now and then. We don't use any fancy marketing language or try to act like we’re a big company. We’re just a local mill on Choti Sadri Road. Some days the machines break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them ourselves. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do. We just focus on the dall and making sure the mill stays running. It’s a practical life, and we don’t need anything more than that.
