Ebenezer Secondary School

We are located in Indira Colony in the town of Bijolian, which is part of the Bhilwara district. Ebenezer Secondary School has been a part of this community for years. Most people here work in the stone quarries or related businesses, and their children come to us for their schooling. The building is a simple structure that we have added to over time as we needed more space for the higher classes. It is not a fancy place by any means. We have wooden benches that have seen better days and windows that we leave open for the breeze. The staffroom is small and usually smells like tea because the teachers take their breaks there. We follow the state curriculum and focus on the core subjects like math, science, and social studies. There is a lot of emphasis on discipline because we think it helps the kids stay focused on their future. In the winter mornings, the students line up in the yard for assembly, and you can see their breath in the cold air. Bijolian is a dusty town, so we are always sweeping the floors to keep things tidy. We don't have a big library or a computer lab with new machines, but we have the basic books and a couple of old desktops that the students share. It is a practical school for local families who want their kids to finish their secondary education nearby.
