Charbhoojanath Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in Shivpur Mandal, Bhilwara. We are at Laxmi Lal Jain’s place, who is the son of Modi Ram Jain. Our village is a quiet place, and we like it that way. Most of us have been farming here for as long as we can remember. We named the company after Charbhoojanath because that name means a lot to the people in this part of Rajasthan. Our daily routine isn't very exciting; it mostly involves checking the fields, looking at the crops, and meeting up to discuss how we can sell our produce. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We are just a bunch of guys in Bhilwara who decided to work together instead of alone. The office is just a simple room at Laxmi Lal’s house where we keep the ledger and some bags of seeds. It gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, especially during the harvest season. We talk about practical things like the cost of a new pump or the best time to take the grain to the market. We don't use any fancy business terms or try to impress anyone. We are just straightforward farmers trying to make a living from the land. It’s tough work, and the weather doesn't always cooperate, but we do what we can.
