Chapperwal Genral Store

Chapperwal Genral Store is right in the heart of Sarafa Bazar. Since this is a busy market area, we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We sell a bit of everything, from small household items to stationery and personal care products. The shop is compact, as space in Sarafa Bazar is hard to come by. We have to be very clever about how we stack our boxes and display the items. It’s a lively place to work because there’s always something happening in the street outside. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long. We don't have a team of sales people; it’s just us handling the customers and the cash. Sometimes it gets hectic when several people want different things at the same time. We try to be quick but it’s just how it goes in a busy bazaar. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We don't do any special promotions or anything corporate like that. It’s a basic general store for people who are already in the market for other things or for the shopkeepers nearby who need supplies. We keep our stock updated based on what people ask for most. It’s a lot of standing and talking, but it’s what we know. Just a local shop doing its best in a crowded, busy area. We stay open late most of the days.
