Anjali Food Industries

We are located out by the Bhilwara Textile Market on Kota Road, near the New Irans area. It’s a big industrial part of town with a lot of noise and movement. Anjali Food Industries is where we process and pack different food items. There’s always the sound of machinery running in the background. It’s not a retail shop where you just walk in and browse. It’s more of a place where things get done. We have trucks coming in with raw materials and leaving with finished packs. The air often smells like whatever we’re working on that day. It’s a busy environment and everyone has a job to do. I spend a lot of time checking the quality and making sure the machines are running right. The floor is kept clean, but it’s an industrial space, so there’s always something to be swept up or adjusted. We’ve been in this part of Bhilwara for a while now. The textile market nearby means there are always people around, even late in the evening. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. We don't have a fancy office, just a small corner with a table and some chairs where we keep the logs and take our breaks. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the product ready and out the door to the markets.
