Our shop, Activeprowear, is located at Divyanshu, 1 B 14R in C Vyas Colony. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s home to us. We started this because we noticed there weren't many options for simple, sturdy workout gear that didn't cost a fortune. We aren't fitness gurus or anything; we just like being active and wanted clothes that could keep up. The office is usually a bit of a jumble with samples and different types of stretchy fabrics lying around. It’s a small space, so we have to be organized, though it doesn't always stay that way by Friday afternoon. We do most of the work ourselves, from checking the seams to making sure the sizes are actually what the label says they are. C Vyas Colony is a quiet enough place to get things done without too many distractions. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone telling us what's 'on trend'—we just make what we’d want to wear ourselves. Sometimes we get things wrong and have to start over, but that’s just part of the process. We’re just a few people working hard to provide something useful to the community. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s satisfying to see the packages stacked up and ready to go out every evening. We keep our heads down and just do the work as best as we can.
