We are based in Kosta Para, which is a fairly busy part of Durg. The office here isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our coordinating. It’s a simple building, the kind you’d see anywhere in this part of Chhattisgarh. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and some storage for our equipment and files. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and you'll see us at our computers. It gets pretty hot here in the summers, so we rely heavily on the ceiling fans. The neighborhood is active, and there's always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while, so the locals know us. We don't do much in the way of advertising or trying to look like a big corporate branch. We just focus on the tasks we are given and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work on paper until it comes back. That’s just part of living and working in Durg. We keep things straightforward. There’s no need for complicated systems when a bit of hard work and some clear communication does the trick. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We like it that way because it lets us get the job done without any unnecessary distractions. It’s just us, the work, and the daily grind in Kosta Para.
