We are located right inside Mahavir Electronics at Shop Number 40 in the C Market. Sector 06 in Bhilai is a pretty lively spot, especially in the evenings. It's where everyone in the neighborhood goes for their hardware needs and electronics. We started Pusaram Dot Com to handle the digital side of things while being surrounded by gadgets, wires, and old television sets. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the inventory stacked up around us, but it works for what we do. We help people with all sorts of online stuff and computer problems. Whether it’s getting an account set up or fixing a software issue that’s been bothering someone, we just take it as it comes. We aren’t some big tech firm from a metro city with a fancy glass office. We are just local guys in Chhatisgarh who happen to know our way around a computer screen. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who’ve been coming to the electronics shop for years. We don’t have a website with a bunch of fancy graphics or animations. We just sit at the small counter and talk to people face to face. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because technology can be confusing, and that’s perfectly fine with us. We have our tea, we do the daily work, and we go home. It’s a steady and simple life here in the market.
