Talentvol Events & Entertainment is based here in Bhilai, which is a place known for its steel and hard work. We try to bring a bit of that same energy to what we do. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We don’t have a massive corporate office with a view; we just have a space where we store our equipment and plan out events. Bhilai isn’t as big as some other cities, but it’s got a lot of life, and we like being part of the local entertainment scene. A lot of our time is spent on the phone, trying to track down performers or making sure the sound system is going to be ready for the weekend. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it involves moving heavy speakers in the heat or staying up late to fix a light fixture that won't turn on. But we enjoy the process of seeing something come together from just a few notes on a page. Our team is just a handful of local people who like putting on a show. We don’t use a lot of fancy terminology or try to sound like we are from a big city agency. We are just folks from Bhilai who know how to get a stage set up. Most days, you’ll find us drinking tea and staring at a floor plan, trying to figure out where everyone is going to sit. It’s a busy life, but it keeps things interesting.
