People around Bhilai probably know Smriti Nagar well enough. We're right on Street-7 at house B-197. It’s a quiet spot most days. We started Opal World Wide because there was a need for it here. Dealing with global stuff from a place like Bhilai might seem odd to some, but it works for us. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks on the desk. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and enough space to breathe. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat or drop off mail that got mixed up. That happens when you’ve been in the same street for years. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who walk through that door at B-197. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this part of Smriti Nagar, but we like it here. There is a certain way things move in Bhilai, a bit slower than the big cities, and that suits us fine. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. If you ever find yourself on Street-7, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there through the rain and the sun. We’re just regular folks doing a job we know how to do. No frills.
