Sourabh Ispat Udyog

Sourabh Ispat Udyog is up on the second floor of Chouhan Estate, right on G.E. Road. Having an office on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the main road, which is always packed with traffic and people rushing around. It’s Plots 325 and 326 combined, so we have a decent amount of space for the desks and all the old files we keep stacked in the corner. Downstairs is much noisier with the shops, but up here it’s mostly just the sound of calculators and people talking on their mobiles. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between the big suppliers and the people who need the material for their projects. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication every single day. G.E. Road is a big landmark itself, so most people don't have much trouble finding the building, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache on Monday mornings. We have been in this spot for a good while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, and the tea stains on the desks show how much we rely on it to get through the afternoon. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. People come here to talk business, sign papers, and get their orders sorted out. It’s a typical workday, starting around ten and going until the work is finished.
