Hiren Sales & Services is right here on Railway Station Road, just across from Latifuwara. We’ve been at this spot in Sutarwad for a good while now. It gets pretty busy around here with the trains coming in and people rushing past the shop all day. Most mornings start with unlocking the front and getting things sorted before the first few folks drop by. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular workspace where we get things done. You can see the station from our front door, which makes it easy for people to find us if they’re coming from out of town. The noise of the traffic is something you just get used to after a week or two. We keep a few chairs for people to sit if they have to wait a bit. There is always something to fix or a part to find in the back. Sometimes the tea stall guy comes around and we take a quick break. It is just how things go here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the work. We handle the sales and the repairs right from this same room. It’s a bit crowded sometimes with all the gear and boxes, but we know where everything is kept. If you are walking down from the station, we are on the left side. It’s a straightforward walk. We just try to keep up with the work that comes in every day. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise but we just ignore it and carry on with whatever needs doing.
