Our office is tucked away at Office No. 1 in Parshuram Industrial Estate. It’s right near Ravi Estate, just off the Bhavnagar Road bypass, which makes it easy enough to find if you know the area. Being in the Manda Hill Industrial Area means we are surrounded by other workshops and trucks coming and going all day long. It gets pretty loud and dusty out here, but it’s where the actual work happens. We do a mix of foundry work and engineering, which keeps us on our toes. It's not a clean job, honestly. There is always some grease on someone's hands and the smell of hot metal hanging in the air. We’ve stayed in this spot because it makes sense for the logistics of moving heavy parts in and out. Most of the guys here have lived in this part of town for a long time. We try to start early in the morning before the sun gets too high, though it’s always warm when you're standing near the equipment. We don't spend much time on computers unless we absolutely have to for records. Most of our time is spent on the floor checking measurements or looking over the latest batch of parts we've finished. If someone calls with a question, we usually just talk through what they need without a lot of fuss or complicated talk. It’s just a normal engineering setup. We have our daily routine, our tea breaks, and we keep things running until it's time to head home.
