Radhika Polyplast

Radhika Polyplast is located at Plot No 361/B in Chitra Gidc. We are right in the middle of all the other industrial units in this area. We work with plastics, so there is always that distinct smell in the air when you walk through the doors. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us making sure the machines are running and the product is coming out like it should. Chitra Gidc is a very busy place, and we have been part of this community for a long time. Some of our older machines can be a bit moody and need extra attention in the morning to get going. We spend a lot of our time on maintenance because if a machine stops, everything stops. The concrete floor is usually covered in bits of plastic. We try to keep it as clean as we can, but it is a constant battle. There is a small wooden desk near the entrance where we take our orders and talk to the delivery drivers. It is nothing like the shiny offices you see in magazines. We wear work clothes that we don't mind getting stained. Most of the people in the neighboring units are doing similar work, so we help each other out when we can. It is a very simple way of doing business, but it works. We like being part of the Chitra neighborhood.
