Prochop Foods Private Limited is located over at Dhavdi Chowk in Mahuva. If you know the Kalaniya House Khacha area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much about it. It’s a tight little spot at 1/10/102 but we make it work for everything we need to do. We handle food products mostly. Mahuva is a busy place, especially around the market areas, so there is always noise and people moving about. We aren't trying to be some giant company that doesn’t know its neighbors. Most of us grew up around Bhavnagar and ended up working here. The day starts with checking the inventory and making sure the orders are ready to go. It gets a bit crowded in the office when the sun is high, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t spend much on big signs or anything flashy. We’d rather just focus on getting the food packed up and sent out to whoever needs it. Sometimes the trucks get delayed in the narrow streets, which is a headache, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It might not be fancy, but it is ours.
