Our office is over at G-14 in the Aristo Complex on Waghawadi Road. It’s a pretty standard building. We handle dehydrated vegetables here. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to farmers. Some days the air smells like dried onions or garlic. It gets into your clothes after a while. We have been in this spot for some time. The Aristo Complex is usually busy in the mornings. We have a few desks and some samples on the shelves. It’s nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking lists. Dehydrating vegetables takes a lot of steps, and we have to keep track of it all from here. Sometimes the traffic on Waghawadi Road is terrible and we get in late. We don't really do much marketing. People just find us. We make sure the bags are packed right. If the drying isn't done well, the whole batch is ruined. That happens sometimes and it’s a real headache. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone knows each other. It’s a quiet place mostly, until the trucks show up. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It's a bit crowded in here but we make it work.
