P. R. Minerals

You can find P. R. Minerals over at the Takshshila Complex, specifically in unit 209. We are right in the Shastri Nagar area. The address even says Shastri Nagar twice, so that's where we are. It’s a busy complex with a lot of different offices, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. We work with minerals, which means things can get a bit dusty from time to time, though we try to keep the office as tidy as possible. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us handling the sourcing and the sales. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and we’re right there at our desks. My brother and I started this because we knew a bit about the industry and saw an opening. It’s been a learning process, for sure. There were days at the start when we weren't sure if we'd make it, but we kept showing up anyway. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just buy and sell minerals and make sure the logistics work out. Shastri Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central and easy for the couriers to find. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the logs and the filing because it piles up so fast.
