Gujrat Minechem

Our operations are set up at 234-235 in the G.I.D.C. area of Chitra. If you’ve ever been to this part of the industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of trucks and heavy loading. At Gujrat Minechem, we spend our days dealing with various minerals and chemicals. It’s a dusty kind of job. Most of the time, the air has that earthy smell of processed minerals. We have a couple of units joined together to give us enough space for storage and the processing equipment. It’s not a glamorous place. The walls are a bit stained and the floors see a lot of heavy traffic. We have a small crew that knows how to handle the bags and the machinery without making too much of a mess, though some mess is unavoidable in this line of work. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. We just check the orders, process the material, and get the trucks loaded up. Sometimes the heat in Chitra is pretty intense, but we just keep the water bottles full and keep moving. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors in the G.I.D.C. It’s a community of people who just want to get their work done and go home. We don't have a corporate office elsewhere; this is where everything happens, right on the ground. It is just steady, practical work for us.
