Msk Projects India Limited operates out of Block No 118/A in Suvidha Township, which is right on Airport Road in Bhavnagar. Being near the airport road means it’s easy for people to find us, but it also means there’s a lot of dust from the road and the nearby construction. Our office is a straightforward block in the township. Inside, it’s all about the project files and the site photos pinned to the walls. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually more focused on what’s happening at the actual project sites. There is a lot of talk about cement, labor schedules, and weather delays. The furniture is practical and built to last, mostly wooden desks and heavy metal cabinets for the blueprints. In Bhavnagar, the pace is a bit more manageable, so we have time to actually talk to people who drop by without feeling too rushed. We drink a lot of tea while going over the accounts and the project timelines. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the boss likes things done. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check the site reports, handle the local billing, and try to make sure we are ready for the next day. It’s a very grounded way to run a construction project business.
