Mohit Plastic Ind

Mohit Plastic Ind is situated at Plot No 78 in the Chitra Gidc area. It is a busy industrial zone where everyone is mostly focused on their own production. Our building is a simple concrete structure. Inside, the machines that process the plastic are almost always running. They create a rhythmic thumping sound that you eventually stop noticing after a while. We work with a lot of raw materials that come in big bags. It can get quite dusty inside, so we keep the doors open as much as we can. The weather in Chitra can be very hot, and the machines only make it warmer inside. We have a small break area where we keep some cold water and a bench. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't spend money on marketing or brochures. If people need plastic goods, they usually know where to find us in the Gidc. The paperwork is handled by one or two people in the front corner of the shop. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s steady. We have seen other businesses come and go in this estate, but we just keep doing what we do. There is always something that needs fixing or a machine that needs oiling. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the production moving without any major breakdowns. It’s just a regular factory life for us here.
